Battery & over 10 under 12 back up power options in the event of a man-made or natural disaster 

Cypress International Biotechnology policies,  standards & practices with a controlled environment or unmanned with Dr Nicolas R Bennett as subject knowing every person entering & exiting the military grade vault housing the crated device
